Frequency and duration may vary depending on what you want to accomplish. I will support you by moving you forward toward your goals and dreams. We will set action plans and structures to assist you in realizing what you would like to accomplish.

Coaching on the telephone - three 45-minute sessions per month (pre-scheduled): $250.00/month. Suggested two month minimum. E-mail and short calls in between as needed.

This option will work for you if we are geographically in the same area and you prefer face-to-face conferencing. If you are comfortable in writing and communicating by email, this option can work for you! Cybercoaching will provide written reinforcement for you as well. If your week is filled with a large amount of travel, this can be a great option, as it can take place at any time and from any place.

Custom designed group tele-coaching, or in person, works great for a small group of like-minded people, small businesses, or organizations, who all want to work on the same goal or on finding a solution to an on-going situation. You can choose between sitting at the comfort of your home or office, or you may choose to assemble together, if everyone is located in the same geographical location. It's up to you!

From $175.00 per person for 3 one and a half-hour sessions per month. Suggested two month minimum.

Laser Coaching

This is a highly focused session or series of sessions to address a specific situation, or a time sensitive issue. Examples are: a client having to prepare for an interview, handling a difficult employee or situation, or preparing for a big occasion, such as a family or class reunion, wedding, or other significant occasion that needs immediate attention.

From $65.00 per 30-minute session, depending on time and duration.
